Wed, November 15, 2006 - 8:06 AMThis is absolutely AMAZING!. I have to reiterate what Shannon (of BME) said . . . I admire this guy's FTW balls.
I find myself going back to these pictures a lot. That is really life-changing ink.

Re: Skull Facial Tattoo
Wed, November 15, 2006 - 10:39 PMI was going to start a subject on this if no one else did. I always wanted to see someone willing to get a skull face tattoo. I think it is very well done if a bit creepy. I wish they would take it a little bit more extreme and do something to there chin and forehead to make it match better. I would also think they should tattoo there eyelids black as well.
I was debating on doing some bio-mech like stuff on my face like you were looking into it, but nothing quite that morbid/dark looking. He must be a pretty hardcore misfit's fan though! what does he do for a living btw? is this guy in the body mod or music industry? So far i have been showing these pictures to everyone i know just to get there reaction.
there is only one face tattoo left now i wanna see someone do, So far people have done full face bio-mechanical/organic, Clown, and now Skull. I wanted to see those for years and was tempted to do one if no one else did.
I would love to know/see the reactions this guy gets, and i would love to see this in person, and talk to the guy it was on. Wonder what other visible ink he had, it looks like he had some small stuff on his neck and ear, but this seams like a radical change. It is cool how it is viewable from any angle, and how it really looks like parts of his face are not there and you are looking at a skull! -

Re: Skull Facial Tattoo
Fri, November 17, 2006 - 4:48 AMI think the work is good -- it reflects the idea of permanent make up -- which is much more interesting and new
Actually I envy it a little bit cause I was considering such idea for my face too
Now need to find someting different :-)

Re: Skull Facial Tattoo
Thu, November 16, 2006 - 4:41 PMI like the way this tat modifies the shape of that face. The nose effectivly vanishes and the jawbones appear slimmer. The picture of the skull is in effect smaller than the underlying skull and this is interesting.
The rings around the eyes suggest the empty eyeholes, but this could have been done to a greater effect.
Nevertheless it is a great tattoo and we all will (hopefully) live to see a change in society that tattoos have no influence on your social or economical position. -

Fri, November 17, 2006 - 3:26 PMMy favorite comment so far has been Wont someone please think of the children. Those people are so insecure they are just worried that someday it might be thier child comming home with a full facial tattoo -

Sun, November 19, 2006 - 4:48 PMI also keep coming back to the 3 pix of this guy's tattoo on bmezine.com. Possibly the most impressive facial ink that i have ever seen. Congratulations to the guy who wears it and the artist who did it.

Re: Skull Facial Tattoo
Tue, November 28, 2006 - 1:36 PMI think what makes it "eerily creepy" is the eyes in the skull.
It's a powerfull image. I could only get something like that done if
I was always witha smile on my face.
Life is always on the edge of death.
Having a smilng reminder would be a positive message for folks.
