Tue, December 13, 2005 - 3:09 PMI've seen maybe a dozen clown tattooed makeup face tattoos in NewOrleans. Most of them are actually in sideshows. Most are "gutter punks" types too. Few are well tatooed on. Many cover bad Maori chin tattoo mistakes. One guy had full clown makeup done in blacklite ink. -
