then let me rephrase that who is the person with the uv chin ink

It's my wife Dae with the UV chin tat. The blue "woad" section was done by Brett McCown from Auckland New Zealand, while the white UV outline was done by me. A couple of pics of the original blue section being done can be seen on our website at alleycatz.curvedspaces.com/Joe.html The UV holds up quite well. I have the side of my face done from the temple to the bottom of the left cheekbone with Celtic warriors spirals in "invisible" UV & now that I've got a bit more of a tan over it it cant be seen at all, but still shows up vibrant under blacklight. Joe (Dae) has Black & grey tattoos on her forearm that have been over-outlined in white uv that also cant be seen, but show up fine under blacklight.
